What was the highlight of The Britannia Hotel Rome
Cozy hotel with nice staff in the very center
Location 10/10 (walking distance to literally everywhere), staff 10/10, cleaning 10/10. All necessary things are in the room. Absolutely everyone is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but cozy and well organised. Bathroom is very comfortable (I mean it!). I like very much the style of the hotel and design of the rooms, was so pleasant to stay here. It was nice and warm, water was hot, we spent lovely 4 days in Rome, thanks a lot to the staff for everything.
Breakfast could be little bit more varied. For me was missing salad, from fresh vegetables only tomatoes, was no fried eggs. Not much soundproof, we could hear neighbours. Also no view in the rooms and drinking water only on arrival. Wi-Fi sometimes was a bit slow. But it just few small things, and honestly considering the price/quality/location ratio and extremely helpful people on the reception everything was alright.

Wonderful
Great friendly, helpful staff! Great location.. Walking distance to trains and buses and many sites eg Colosseum and Pantheon. Breakfast had plenty of variety and staff were very helpful.
